It's rare that I stumble into a place that can impress me in all aspects, but this place got me! Most Mexican restaurants don't know that cheese can melt! The cheese inside my enchilada is actually melted and the flavor added is stupendous! The beans and rice are delicious as well. The shredded beef is juicy & tastes brilliant! The salsa and chips are a perfect flavor all their own and obviously fresh 😋
The enchiladas are much bigger than normal. I ordered 3, but can barely eat 2.

We absolutely love Casa Franco. We recently went and my husband and I each had a three item combo plate. My husband got a crispy beef taco, a chile relleno and a beef enchilada. I had a crispy beef taco, a pork tamale, and a beef enchilada. The combo plates come with refried beans and rice. Both the beans and rice are delicious. The crispy tacos here are so darn good! So flavorful. The shells are wonderfully crispy. The pork tamale was awesome. The masa was nice and soft, and the pork inside was really good. The enchilada with beef was also really good. My husband had the same taco and enchilada as I did but his third item was a chile relleno. I tried it and it was so good! Their chips and salsa are also delicious. Can't wait to go back! I took some pictures but unfortunately sometimes when I do reviews there is no option to add pictures. And I do not see an option here to do that.

I’m just visiting Mission Viejo and found this place on google. Wow, I was surprised at how good the food is here! They hit all the flavor profiles! And freaking large portions!! I’d definitely come back here! Service was great as well!

Wow! Hidden gem! The food is straight out of Mexico! The service was amazing and the fully stocked bar was a nice treat! Looking forward to this becoming our favorite hangout!

I love the crispy tacos here and the server Juan has the best customer service! Their chips and Salsa are tasty as well!
