Very authentic Korean restaurant!!
We ordered the spicy braised short ribs, seafood onion pancake and beef soup. The spicy braised short ribs is so flavorful, it comes with radish and rice cake. The beef soup reminds you in Korea, no MSG! And the seafood onion pancake is huge, good to share. Their banchan also changes everyday!
The service is friendly and many old diners and family in the restaurant- that’s how you know it’s a legit place! There’s dinner rush so come early
Overall if you are looking for authentic Korean food this is the place!

Hit with a sudden urge for spicy pork stew (gamjatang), I decided to try out a new restaurant in Orange County. There was ample parking and plenty of seating available. Despite the quiet day, the waitresses were friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere even more welcoming.
The gamjatang itself was delicious, but lacked the extra kick I usually get from my favorite spot in Ktown. It seemed to be missing a touch of hot & flavor of something something... Tasted too much like Kimchi soup. However, the portion size was generous, and the accompanying banchan side dishes, white rice, and hot tea were all excellent. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great meal overall. They say they're most famous for their spicy steamed short ribs.. that'll be my next taste test.

Stopped in based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and we weren’t disappointed! The environment was typical of many Korean restaurants, not only here, but like what you’d find in Seoul. The clientele was virtually all Korean patrons, so that seemed like another good sign.
The selection of banchan was good and included some atypical choices. The japchae was really good and looked very appetizing! The baby potatoes in soy glaze were delicious and the kimchi was really good too. We weren’t fans of the bindaedduk, but I’ve never really been a fan. What I missed was some sort of bean sprout side dish.
We ordered the housemade steamed mandu (dumplings) and though boring visually, were tasty with chewy and substantial wrapping. For entrees we ordered the bibimbap, yukgejang (spicy beef stew), and the bulgogi and bean paste soup combo. The bibimbap was colorful and full of fresh veggies. The spicy beef stew was savory and smoky and had a nice balance of spiciness and beef flavor.
The bulgogi was pretty standard but seemed like it was quality meat. The bean paste soup was probably the least impressive as it seemed basic and not very memorable compared to the other dishes.
This was another solid traditional Korean food destination and while I don’t know that I’d go too far out of my way to eat here again, I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stop in if close by!

Great authentic Korean food!
Also, HUGE portion on our Agu-Jim. We could not finish between 2 people.
All of their banchan was tidy and fresh, and most importantly, delicious. They are not shy with spices and taste - full flavor on every dish - and that's a good thing.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for a casual Korean dining experience.
