Best sushi!!!
Friend recommended Cafe Fusion Sushi. It’s not “traditional” sushi place. Their rolls are super unique and delicious. They really put a lot of though into their sauces and taste pairing. We ordered almost one of everything.
My favorite was the Laguna Canyon Roll. So freaking good.
Service was great. Our server was super friendly and recommended the creme brûlée for dessert, which was so good.
Thank you for delicious food and great service. Highly recommend this spot for a unique sushi experience. Will be back!

Absolutely delectable in every single bite! We loved the atmosphere, the all women crew of chefs, the creativity, and the fun! I will be back when visiting Laguna again! You can not beat the flavor-licious-joy happening in your mouth!

If you are looking for a unique sushi place this is certainly the place to go. The taste of each dish changes as you eat it. We even had ice cream on one of our orders. Who would have thought to put sushi and ice cream together. Definitely make reservations before you go though.
