The presentation of the dishes was truly remarkable. At first glance, I would not have guessed that they were all plant-based. The BBQ Pork Rolls, Bun Bo Hue, and broken rice were all exceptionally delicious. Our server was also very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Au Lac in Fountain Valley with a special mission in mind. Her experience in overcoming serious illness with a plant-based diet fueled her desire to promote healthy eating to her community.
Driven by her passion for good food and good health, she put a plant-based twist on traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

Leftover not safe to eat.
My husband and I ate at the Au Lac in LA several times. On 10/05 we tried this location for the first time. We ordered the large Curry Rice (our favorite) and Chow-fun. We noticed the Curry rice was wetter than the one in LA. The food was still good,
We took the leftover Curry rice home and ate it for lunch the next day. A few hours later we both started to have stomach cramps. The cramps came and went, and lasted all night.
Too bad this experience ruined it. We really liked the food there but not sure if we'll go back again.

Loved the food here! The vast variety of dishes kept us from deciding what to order. Order anything here and you won't be disappointed.

I was excited to find out there is Au Lac Restaurant in town but oh man what a big disappointment. The food came fast after the order, but both taste and quantity are misses. Chicken curry was sweet like desert, with a sour and spicy undertone. Better yet, only 3 or 4 pieces of nugget size “chicken” for $16! Peanut sauce with spring rolls is salty.
