Great service, we were able to RSVP on a Saturday for our Xmas dinner. Grandpa really wanted to eat here and we decided to come because we were able to RSVP. Good was great and many choices of meats and veggies. We were very happily full.

Haidilao offers an incredible hot pot experience! The variety of broths is impressive, and the ingredients are always fresh. The service is top-notch with attentive staff, and the dipping sauces bar is a fun touch. Whether you're a hot pot pro or a newbie, they make sure you're well taken care of. Definitely a must-try if you're a fan of flavorful, customizable meals!

The food and service were great, especially thanks to Sarah (shift leader) for the excellent customer service. I and the kids had a great time for dinner tonight. We will definitely be coming back again.

I always come to this Haidilao location! It's super spacious and clean, and the staff is always so nice.
I always get a bottle of sake, ear mushrooms, and meats! Everything is super fresh and high quality. I've tried the Tom Yum, Spicy Mala (I requested it!), Sukiyaki, and Tomato broth—all so good! but my fav is spicy mala and sukiyaki! The fresh shrimp paste and ear mushrooms are a must-try, the texture is amazing.
Definitely my go-to hotpot spot!

We went to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Haidilao Hot Pot in Irvine, as a way to celebrate the Chinese new year 🐉 and we were absolutely delighted with the delicious food, the endless options to add from the bar, and the above and beyond care from Daniel, he made sure we understood the steps to eat in the best way, we were very grateful he was our server today ✨
Thank you so much Daniel!!! I fully recommend this location to celebrate a special holiday or just to enjoy a delicious meal.
