It still stumps me how a white man owns such an amazing healthy yet delicious Chinese restaurant!
Flavors are amazing and all his dumplings are made with chicken, which is hard to tell because it’s done so well.
Service is always friendly and attentive, which shows this place has wonderful culture amongst its staff.

Wow, drove by for years and finally ate here. Blown away how good the food is. Also a great value. We ordered the Ho Sum salad with chicken size large. Literally 4 people can share this. Also ordered the Mu Sho with pork. Also unbelievable how good of a value this place is. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in while walking by for happy hour. I had some dumplings that were tasty and a glass for wine for a special deal. They also had a chopped salad that looked very good and they kindly gave me a little sample.l and it indeed tasty. The place looked like it was a local favorite with plenty of people coming and going and getting take out.

The food tastes extremely fresh. Service was fast. Martinis were great.
Cha Sui Bao: 8/10 meat to bun ratio is off
Shanghai Spring Rolls: 10/10
BBQ Pork Lo Mein: 8/10 Too much noodle, now enough meat
Pho - Phun Noodle Soup: 10/10
Chicken Lettuce Wrap: 7.5/10 Chicken was good, lettuce wasn’t green

We were visiting the area and ordered to go, Combo fried rice which had a burnt taste. We also ordered orange chicken. Every Chinese restaurant we have ever been to for the last 40 or so years give a container full of orange chicken (beef, pork or whatever). In this case the container was about 75% white rice and a thin layer of "orange chicken" on top. Bottom line, skip this place and go to an authentic Chinese restaurant.
