The U.S almost invaded my California burrito for so much oil it had. Their food quality is not the same anymore. The burrito was really soggy and didn’t eat half of it. Too greasy. For reference that cup is some of the grease coming out of the burrito

Last 2 times I went to this establishment I have been disappointed. Last time I ordered a steak rare through the drive thru. When I got home and started to eat it it well well done. And it took forever to get my order Today I ordered pancakes and 1 was burnt. And today's service was horrible they were talking to each other as I pulled up to the window took the order person forever to come to the window and they didn't start my pancakes till she walked by the cook on the way to the drive up window. I usually visit this place on the weekends for breakfast and it's usually great. And the price of 2 pancakes is bit high. Especially with the poor service

This place is really going downhill.
I went thru the drive thru, ordered 2
full dinners and I asked for ranch dressing for my zucchini sticks. I opened the bag later and no napkins, no dressing for my salad, no forks or napkins and no ranch for the freaking zucchini. I called them and the lady who answered the phone, although apologetic, said if I go to other restaurants, I have to ask for everything. REALLY?! I THINK I JUST TOLD YOU I ASKED! Why aren't you asking me?? Pathetic!!

So i just ordered from this place and my order remained on "Pending" for over half an hour until I called them.
I was then told "they don't have access to their tablet" even though I had already been charged $47 for my food. When I asked what that means, they said, "You're going to have to contact the website".... (It was their website)
I want my money back immediately.
