This time I came here I am disappointed. The blaze-in fries got half the size and about a fourth of a cup of Mac and cheese. It used to be so I need to take the rest of it home but now when I eat it, I am barely full. The blaze-in fries do taste good but they just have been getting smaller and smaller very noticeably. I have been coming here for months, but I haven’t gone here in maybe like two months and this time I am extremely disappointed. For 10$ this is not worth it. I used to come here every weekend but this place is going down hill and I am not returning.

Customer service was good. But I asked for a blazon fries add extra tender and extra Mac and cheese and I got no sauce, barely any Mac and cheese. It didn’t even fill the bottom of the box it comes in. it was disappointing compared to the Long Beach location.

The food was pretty good. The batter they use on the chicken was just right and allowed it to be crispy. The spice levels are accurate. I really liked the fries.
Here’s my gripe: They need a better process for moving customers along. I went at lunch time and they had one girl taking phone orders and trying to take orders of the people in line. I saw at least 3 other people working in back including the owner. She was obviously overwhelmed and he just moseyed around not doing much. Luckily I had ordered ahead so I didn’t have to wait any longer. I was inline no joke 10 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of me. They should have a separate line for online or phone orders.

Let me start by saying, the food is pretty good! The chicken sandwich is big, juicy, and spicy (you can pick the heat 🔥🌡). The tenders are BIG and the macaroni and cheese 🧀 is really good. Nice location right around the corner of Main St. That being said, no adults seem to work here and the teens that are working enjoy hanging out with their friends as much as they enjoy working. Makes it harder for customers to get good service if employees are "busy" and the food is not cheap.

My husband and I visited a couple days ago and enjoyed the chicken sandwich and fries. Sauces are house made, and the ranch was delicious—definitely worth ordering on the side to dip fries in and add to your sandwich. We would eat here again!
