This is a happy place with food and drink with 180 view of the Pacific Ocean. Laguna Beach institution
Weekend brunch is prix fixe only which was fair given the crowd. Reservation is a must on weekends or sunset. (Risking it is fine if planning on 10am brunch or breakfast).
The ocean view is the best trait of this place.
One of the most popular (if not the most popular) sunset spot in Laguna beach.
The food was good and the drink was ok.
The service was cheery.

Came here for lunch. Beautiful views but bad food and service. The oysters we ordered were right nothing special. The steak and lobster enchilada was dry and tasteless. The salsa that came with the chips was the only thing that tasted good. Service wasn't the best. We waited forever to get our check. If you come here during lunch just grab a drink and enjoy the view. Not really worth the high price tag for the food. Spent around $150 for 2 people. The place has valet but that lot was full. Had to find a parking 10 min away to walk. Your best bet is metered or there's an all-day parking for $4 near the police station about 10min away. But will give it another chance for brunch next time.

Went for lunch on Friday with a large group and sat outside and we all had the million dollar view.
We had the most amazing server , how rude of me to not get his name like I usually do however I was not feeling 💯.
Our server was the most amazing person ever , always making sure everyone was getting their drinks ALWAYS and with a smile and compliments.
We always were getting fresh ice water by him or by another nice server between our two large tables and we had over 30 people so that was wonderful!!
Food - it took a bit to get our order but when he took our order after us being there about 1 1/2 hours we finally got our food after 2 hours -we were pretty hungry .
The starters were good - soup or salad and I wish I had the Salad it was delicious - soup was( 3-5 .)
Main dish we had steak and lobster enchiladas- I would rate (4-5 )however I only ate the lobster enchilada as the steak had the red sauce and the meat was covered in red sauce and my stomach just could not eat that - that day to no fault of LB .
For desert we had the choc cake with cream inside and raspberry drizzle over top . ( 5-5 )it was a lite not sweet desert that you could easily share with two for the price .
View 5-5
Service 5-5
Parking - Valet . If the lot isn’t full like it was at 1:00 PM on that busy Friday .
So rate it (3-5).
We did park only 6 metered spaces away for $10.00 for 4 hours which was NOT long enough I had to run out and add $$ as we had no idea the food would not come out until much later . It ended up being a 4.45 hour lunch .
Either way it was a beautiful day after the clouds ☁️ faded away .
Would I come back ? Yes but I’m not a fan of this style of Mexican food personally but there is a variety of foods so yes I would come back . The service was exceptional and that is hard to find these days !!!!

This place has been a favorite of our family for decades. Used to go with my grandmother growing up. Now we're going with our kids and grandkids. Very special place, excellent food, service and atmosphere.

I’ve been here twice. Once for brunch and again for lunch. As I recall, brunch had limited items, but they asked the chef and he personally made me the mushroom tacos.
Now here at lunch, I almost had a hard time deciding what to have! A-cheese modification here and there can go far at this place.
The spicy broccoli was fantastic. I love it when it soaks up the chili sauce. If you
like a dry boring broccoli you should skip it.
