The food was good, but it wasn't busy and our server seemed motivated but inexperienced. I enjoyed my gluten free pizza, attention was taken to my allergy (celiac) and there was plenty of sausage, but it was very light on cheese. I don't need lots of cheese, but there were lots of spots without any cheese. My husband enjoyed his deep dish pizza, but he was annoyed that when his iced tea was dropped off, there was no sweetener. This isn't a fancy establishment, so there really is no reason not to just keep the sweetener caddy on the table at all times. My husband is Southern and likes polite phrasing, and he found it amusing that the server offered a flavored tea or "plain". 4 stars because the gluten prevention protocols must have worked, because I feel well.
A welcoming community pizzeria with full bar, dinning room, and outdoor patio. Friendly customer service offering an appetizing menu to satisfy those hunger moans. Outdoor patio perfect for your next large gathering.
First time here, ordered a small deep dish Hawaiian style for dine in. It was pretty delicious. Only thing that threw me off was the customer service. I was sitting a table away from a group of 2 and they were often checked in with, assuring needs were met. While my table wasn't, wasn't even offered water or napkins. Had to be asking to get service. Will be coming back because the pizza was great tho I was dissatisfied with the service. And it wasn't busy at all.
Shared a deep dish pizza with family. We enjoyed the choices and the pizza 🍕 had great flavor. The side salad 🥗 was delicious as well. We will go back.
First off let me state that I was at the SJC restaurant, Not ladera ranch. SJC does not have a place to post a review. The food was excellent, hot and tasty. The service was terrible, only three people sitting at the bar and I had to ask for him to take my order, ask for silverware after the order was set in front of me and he walked away, ask for the check, then he got my change and left it set by the cash register as he walked in the back room to get a lady a piece of paper, came out started to do some other things and finally looked over saw my change sitting there and brought it to me.
