Best restaurant that I have ever been to. Our server Joe was incredible and attentive to our needs and questions on the menu. We ordered the birria tacos and the taco sampler that came with a steak taco, pork taco and 2 chicken tacos. The chips and salsa were amazing. The food was outstanding and so what the service and atmosphere. I wish y'all could open a location over in WA state. We will be back sometime as this is the spot for us!

We have been coming to Nick’s and South of Nick’s for several years always with the same awesome service and excellent food. This night was no exception. We were seated exactly at the time of our reservation. They took our drink order and promptly brought us warm chips and three dips including the bean dip that’s so delicious. I decided to go with a plate I’d never tried before, the Chipotle Dusted Sea Bass and I was so glad I did. Everything about it was perfect. My wife ordered the Filet and Grilled Romaine. To finish we got the Warm Butter Cake to share. The mixed berries on top makes it one of the best desserts in Southern California.

Went with three girlfriends and all of our food was so good. The flavor was spot on and the portions were as expected. Music was a little loud if that bothers you but we didn’t mind. Steak was good quality and the queso appetizer was awesome. Will return again. Ambience was nice. The waitress was fine but she had too many tables to keep up.

Daniel is an excellent, attentive, and perfected server. He made some great recommendations based on our questions and gluten-free restrictions. Daniel, THANK YOU for asking the chef to modify our meal to make it GF.
La Tablita, simply order it, you will enjoy every flavorful bite. Yes, it is expensive, but you will get a little bit of every menu item, so by the end of your meal you are spending less to try each entree.
The only fail were the shrimp, they were overcooked and TOUGH, you an see their curl in the image. Daniel apologized profusely, we asked to let the chef know and to watch the overclocking for the next customer.

🌮 🥑 🌯 Nice big space with a good size waiting area. They have plenty of options of burritos, tacos, and other Mexican dishes. I have the fish tacos which were really good. Next time, I will have to try the carnitas.
The salsa with chips are super tasty and are served complimentary.
