Always check your order before you leave. I go there once a week and almost every time I'm missing one or two items. Don't plan on ordering at the register with a person taking your order. It's all done by kiosk. Good luck trying to get anyone's attention if you need assistance or even if you're there to pick up your order. The employees are focused on food preparation and managing the drive-thru.

Generally, I love crunchy tacos so I decided to pick up a taco pack that had half regular tacos and half supreme tacos (which means they add diced tomatoes and sour cream)
The taco shell did not hold up to the filling. The filling fell out from the bottom, which made it difficult to eat. There wasn’t a lot of taco meat either. Also, for having 12 tacos, they didn’t give enough hot sauce packets. Not worth paying over $30 for it!

I’m veg and love a black bean crunchwrap from time to time. This Taco Bell put meat in it, from an ONLINE order where every ingredient is written out incredibly clearly and says “black bean crunch wrap”. I have never had this happen, absolutely ridiculous. If they do this, who knows what else they’re doing back there. Avoid.

This taco bell is really bad. Every time we order ahead, and give them like 15 minutes to make the order, we show up to pick the order up and they still haven’t started it. They don’t have any idea about any online orders that were made unless you tell them about it. Bad. This happened 6 times already at this location.

I haven't been to this place in years. I was hungry and said, "what the heck." I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. The person asked me if I wanted any hot sauce. Look at these "tacos.". Cheese anyone ??? Oh, and they didn't put the hot sauce in the bag.
