Generally, I love crunchy tacos so I decided to pick up a taco pack that had half regular tacos and half supreme tacos (which means they add diced tomatoes and sour cream)
The taco shell did not hold up to the filling. The filling fell out from the bottom, which made it difficult to eat. There wasn’t a lot of taco meat either. Also, for having 12 tacos, they didn’t give enough hot sauce packets. Not worth paying over $30 for it!

I haven't been to this place in years. I was hungry and said, "what the heck." I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. The person asked me if I wanted any hot sauce. Look at these "tacos.". Cheese anyone ??? Oh, and they didn't put the hot sauce in the bag.

I wasted 15 minutes in this drive thru. I pull up to the menu and she says sorry we're not taking orders. No more taco bell. Brea and Orange County sucks so bad these days.

I don't often go into Taco Bell much anymore because I really do not like having to use the kiosk to order. It is an age thing for me, I guess. It takes me longer to look up the items I want, which, if there are customers waiting behind me, makes me nervous. Another senior couple who came in after me was having the same problem. I miss seeing the menu list board by the counter. The food was prepared promptly, the prices are still reasonable, and the staff was very efficient. I am just not fond of the kiosk.

They only get my order right half the time . Also if you online order the get mad if you show up quick when the guys are on shift together the women are fine . But the food is never done despite how long it takes for you to arrive.
