I loved my experience here at Cheesecake Factory MV!!!! The waitress that served me Corinne was spectacular, always checking up on us with her amazing energy! Truly felt accepted & cared for here. Chicken Madeira and Teak Dianne are my options here. I have tried few different dishes but these two are to me their best. Their wait times depends on when you arrive. I like the consistency of the meal busy or not your dish will look and taste great.

Sabrina and Madison are great servers. We live 5 hours away and our family vacation dinner was on top of my favorite stops we made. Thank you 😊

Delicious! Highly recommend the herb salmon with mash potatoes and asparagus. Also had the cheesecake to go.

We have been this place a few times before in the past and expected it to be busy on this day as well. We waited to be seated but after being called for seating after our wait, the hostess "accidentally" seated another patron who arrived much later than us. As a remediation, she did not give us another wait time, but had us standing at the desk for 15+ minutes while she waited for seats to become available for us. If that wasn't bad, she seated us inside despite us requesting outside seating. We were so tired that evening that we did not dispute it.
The wait then started as we noticed that, while they did not seem to be completely full, but the waitress acknowledged us and then disappeared for a while. Then she brought out their bread that was uncharacteristically hard and stale; I love their brown bread but this was not good at all. When the waitress finally showed up again after a while, she did bring better bread when I asked her.
We eventually ordered factory nachos and avocado egg rolls which came out more than 15 mins later and was luke warm. I always like their avocado egg rolls but these were not quite up to par. We also ordered the FOUR CHEESE PASTA and JAMAICAN BLACK PEPPER SHRIMP. The pasta was okay but the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp that had marinated pineapple was not; it was way too sweet and tasted more like a dessert. For dessert we shared a SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE and a VANILLA BEAN CHEESECAKE. These were as expected and good.
I generally like Cheesecake factory and have visited many locations including at the Irvine Spectrum, Newport Beach Mall and elsewhere; I have been to this location numerous times as well, but this one visit was just mediocre overall. I am going to say that this visit was perhaps just an anomaly.
